1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher, or using any services provided by Orden Beauty ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Appointments
2.1 Making a Booking
- Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or in person at our salon
- We recommend booking in advance, particularly for popular time slots and services
- Walk-in clients are welcome subject to availability
- All bookings are confirmed via your preferred contact method
- By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp at 7924 8811 or call us directly
2.3 Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time to accommodate other clients
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and require rescheduling
- We appreciate your understanding that late arrivals affect other clients' appointments
3. Age Requirements
- Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Parental or guardian consent is required for any client under 18 years of age
- Certain services may have additional age restrictions which will be communicated at the time of booking
- We reserve the right to request identification to verify age
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash and card payments
- Prices displayed are in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without prior notice
- Current pricing is available on our website and in-salon
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
4.1 Refund Policy
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours
- Where a refund is not appropriate, we may offer a complimentary correction service
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days
5. Service Expectations
5.1 Before Your Appointment
- Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications you are taking
- Arrive with clean skin free of makeup for facial treatments, facials, or lash services
- For waxing services, hair should be at least 5mm (approximately 2-3 weeks of growth)
- Follow any pre-treatment instructions provided for your specific service
- Inform us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently undergone medical procedures
5.2 Patch Testing
For certain treatments, including lash lifts, tinting, and some facial treatments, a patch test may be required at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. This is to ensure your safety and minimise the risk of allergic reactions. If you have had the same treatment with us within the past 6 months and experienced no reaction, a new patch test may not be required at our discretion.
5.3 During Your Service
- A brief consultation will be conducted before your treatment to discuss your needs and expectations
- Please communicate any discomfort, questions, or concerns during the treatment
- We kindly ask that mobile phones be set to silent mode to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients
- Photography or video recording within the salon is not permitted without prior consent
5.4 Aftercare
- Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your therapist
- Contact us promptly if you experience any unusual reactions, irritation, or concerns
- Results may vary based on individual skin type, hair type, and other personal factors
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect your results and may void any guarantees
6. Health & Safety
- We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation
- All equipment is thoroughly sanitised and sterilised between clients
- We use professional-grade products from reputable suppliers
- Single-use items are disposed of after each client
6.1 Contraindications
Certain conditions may prevent us from performing specific treatments. Please inform us if you have any of the following:
- Skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or active acne in the treatment area
- Recent sunburn, chemical peels, or laser treatments
- Cuts, wounds, or infections in or near the treatment area
- History of keloid scarring
- Eye infections or conditions (for lash and brow services)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (some treatments may be contraindicated)
- Use of retinoids, blood thinners, or other medications that may affect treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any service if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate for your wellbeing. This decision is made in your best interest.
7. Client Conduct
We strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all clients. We expect all visitors to:
- Treat our staff, therapists, and other clients with courtesy and respect
- Maintain appropriate personal hygiene
- Respect salon property and facilities
- Not attend appointments while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Supervise any accompanying minors at all times
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any client to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for adverse reactions where clients have failed to disclose relevant medical information
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or a reasonable correction service
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the salon - please keep valuables with you
- Clients who provide false or misleading information do so at their own risk
By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate medical and personal information and accept responsibility for any consequences arising from undisclosed conditions.
9. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
- Extensions may be granted at our discretion upon request before expiry
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift vouchers may be used for any service or product at Orden Beauty
- If the service cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of service
- If the service cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced - please treat them as cash
10. Photography & Social Media
- We may photograph our work for portfolio and promotional purposes
- Your face or identifying features will not be shown without your explicit written consent
- You may opt out of photography at any time by informing your therapist
- You may request removal of any images featuring you at any time by contacting us
- By tagging us or sharing content about your visit, you grant us permission to repost
11. Data Protection & Privacy
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Malta's Data Protection Act, we are committed to protecting your personal information:
- We collect only the information necessary to provide our services safely and effectively
- Your personal data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data
- Consultation records are kept for the period required by law and professional standards

12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Orden Beauty and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
13. Complaints & Feedback
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or experience:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment
- Provide as much detail as possible about your concern
- We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
- Where appropriate, we will offer a complimentary correction or alternative resolution
We value your feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services. All complaints are treated confidentially and professionally.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
